- Your accountability partners: They can see your bet details, proof photos, and progress for bets you share with them.
- Service providers: We use Supabase (database hosting in Switzerland), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (web hosting) to operate the Service.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on servers located in Switzerland and/or the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive data.
Proof photos are stored securely and are only accessible to you and your designated accountability partner.

Under GDPR and Swiss law, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured format

7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Proof photos are deleted 90 days after a bet is completed.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We may use anonymous analytics to understand how the Service is used. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
